Max Borges, AIA specializes in solving difficult problems.  His extensive experience in the real estate development and construction industries gives him a unique perspective. 

A significant portion of the Bucher/Borges group’s work includes historic preservation, including museum quality restoration, governmental approvals, and adaptive use of old buildings. An outgrowth of this specialty was the authorship by Ward Bucher, AIA of the dictionary of Building Preservation, published by John Wiley & Sons.
