This once beautiful Italianate house needed cosmetic surgery.  The building had acquired some ugly additions over the years  that needed to be lopped off and new living space needed to be grafted onto the rear.  Now under construction, the house will have first floor retail space and garage, second floor bedrooms and sitting room, and top floor living room, huge kitchen/dining area with balcony, and rear terrace with gas grill.  When the surgery is complete, the home will have a new face that will include a restored porch and storefront facing the main commercial street of Lewes, Delaware.
