The 146 unit apartment building is being converted to a condominium. Bucher/Borges Group is helping the non-profit developer define the program, determine essential repairs and optional upgrades, and lead them through the maze of permitting, bidding  and construction.  Mr. Borges’ Spanish language skills are a great asset in dealing with the largely Hispanic Tenants.  Randolph Towers is currently under construction.
