Schoeb Residence
The original design of this Eastern Shore residence was inspired by the owner’s travels in China. Built in the late 1920’s with an apartment over the owner’s unit, and later converted to a funeral parlor, this house needed serious updating to be a single family residence. The first floor living areas will be connected to the second floor by a vertical stairway space sliced from front to back. Currently under construction, the original Chinese inspired details of the balcony and curved roof will be repeated on the pagoda like master bedroom addition.
